The California Govenor was on his Harley Davidson motorcycle with his 12-year-old son Patrick in the sidecar when he crashed with a car reversing from a driveway.

Schwarzenegger received 15 stitches to his lower lip after the motorcycle accident while his son was treated for minor cuts and bruises.

He was released from St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica.
